Very good product. Good pay.

Everything else ! Huge and constant power war in senior leadership and c-level. CEO's (yes, there are many) have been switched at least three times in the past year. No meritocracy, RevOps and DealDesk are a mess with the most inefficient processes. Teams compete instead of collaborate taking each other’s opportunities and that's accepted and encouraged. Overall, awful culture and chaotic environment. Lots of fear and no transparency.

Workload distribution can feel inconsistent, creating an environment where some teams and managers become overextended while others are underutilized. This contributes to burnout, frustration, and a lack of confidence in operational decision-making.
