Executive level management disengaged from lower level staff, mostly pays lip service to wanting to enact REAL change from within, a $350 million company that wants to be a billion$ company but is run like a $5 million company. Senior level management does not communicate very well across divisions and/or functions, most senior/exec level management are in fact WAY overburdened with their own workloads (and they know it but no one can do anything about it as that is the norm, the status quo, and the company culture). No matter how much you achieve it is never enough. Company in reality does not care much for, or support its Distributors, it was quite clear to me while I was with the company that this will not change anytime soon.
