Great place to work - Recensione dipendente - Loan Servicing Specialist presso Navient

I have worked at Navient for more than ten years. The benefits are good and I am able to pick my own hours that are convenient for me to work. Alot of the bad reviews are written by the call center employees. I can understand why since that can be a stressful job.
