I joined Navigating Cancer several months ago, and I continue to be excited about the mission and the team. We have an ambitious plan to improve the lives of cancer patients. We have committed customers with lots of potential to grow the size of our customer base and potentially expand into new and exciting markets. My coworkers and management are kind, smart, hard-working, and driven by our mission to deliver great experiences to patients and their caregivers. Also, and this is no small thing, I get to work really hard all day solving important problems AND not worry about making it home to have dinner with my family.

As is typically true at startups, our plans are big, and our team is small. It's sometimes frustrating that we cannot deliver on customer needs as fast as we'd like. We do have a bit of technical debt that the engineering team is working to reduce - they are creatively fitting this work into other development efforts.
