A really great onboarding, thorough training on the software and purpose of the company. Young and forward-thinking team which means plenty of flexibility and an internship which is far from monotonous. If you work hard you'll develop professional skills beyond an internship and receive a lot of responsibility, which is a positive but will also challenge your comfort zone and require a lot of motivation, like most sales roles. Having full access to the systems means you can see how much profit you're making the company which is always rewarding, and the two founders work in close proximity with everyone in the office meaning you can understand the company thoroughly. A very kind, qualified team with plenty to learn from and who are always happy to help. Regular social events, lots of optimism and an internship which has been invaluable to my career development. Additional financial compensation for hard work and bonuses which is very appreciated.

Paid internship, which is a pro in France but sadly is much less than minimum wage - not the fault of the company per say but something to consider if moving abroad.
