Questo è un ottimo posto per lavorare. Questa azienda offre molti grandi vantaggi. La cultura di Navionics è completamente cambiata dall'acquisizione di Garmin. La negatività e il senso di gerarchia inavvicinabile lasciati in quel periodo. Ora siamo incoraggiati a svilupparci e crescere come individui e professionisti. L'alta dirigenza è molto solidale e tratta ciascuno di noi con rispetto, un valore che incoraggiano a vivere tutti nell'organizzazione.

A meno che tu non riesca a trovare qualcosa di negativo nel lavorare con persone fantastiche e goderti il posto in cui lavori, non ho nessuna truffa da aggiungere qui.

Generally interesting small company products. If you can agree with whatever you are told to do no matter how little sense it makes or how wrong it is technically or marketwise, you can be happy here. You won't have to exercise your brain but your work hours will be long. If you are very calm and patient and don't really care about your work...this is a good place.

You work for Italian management. Read up on this before working here. You will not be able to comprehend what they think or how they work. Your time here will not be a plus on your resume or add positively to your experience level. Reputation of company in this industry is low - check it out by asking others in the industry if they would hire you after working here.
