Cross team work was a little rough

Middle management has generally been good. Work life balance has been wonderful. (Until they recently implemented the new RTO policy, 2025)

Base Pay is below market value. Upper management bickering causing confusion for everyone else. New RTO policy is poorly communicated with devastating consequences.
