Toxic 'we are a family' workplace culture (see previous sentence). Huge staff turnover. Too many managers who don't understand the day to day; not enough officers to actually get the work done. Future faking - job opportunities dangled like carrots but never materialise. Business model is intrinsically flawed as it is based on economy of scale - not something that can or should be applied to educational institutions!
