When you initially start working for Navjoy they seem to be a loving family oriented employer, the name Navjoy comes from owners Navin and wife Joy but family is far from what they are. They Have fired multiple people for being pregnant, due to not wanting to pay for the disability your doctor would have to put you on due to not even offering maternity leave, and are getting away with it for “lack of proof” due to the fact they discontinue your work email use seconds before they fire you. The home office ladies are rude and bully their employees throughout not only the main office but outside contracting offices as well and when you request to speak to Navin or even email he never returns them. This is the work employer I have ever worked for in my 15 years of work and do not recommend.
