There’s a lot of trust and freedom in how you work. You get plenty of space to make decisions, take initiative, and suggest new tools or ways of doing things. There’s also a clear focus on developing people and supporting those who want to improve in certain areas. The flexibility’s a big plus too — being able to work from abroad and spend time with family or your partner while keeping things running smoothly is awesome.
