Accumulate sick leave immediately and vacation after 90 days. Pay is great for the workload. None stressful work environment.

If your part time, hours can be hard to come by. Full time is considered 35+ hours, you do not reach 40 hrs regularly. Extensive background check that can take a while, and you must be detailed in the hiring process.

Pay is half of what it would be in the private sector.
Management will move you into a different role without your consent.
They used to offer flexible telework but removed the benefit. Now teams are trying to get by while half their positions sit empty since we can’t seem to hire…because no one wants to work here
