No pros only cons here,small company tries always small cheap things.Worst company ever. They hired with no more package and blames for not doing any work, they usually don't have any project and blames for not working.late night calls,no timing for anything ,you should have to extend your working hours like a slave and that to low package.Seniors don't have any knowledge and they expect so much from you.
