1. The training really focused primarily on what not to do as opposed to what to do in actual events on the phone. 2. CEO led most training but is far removed from day to day calling so his experience is from 15+ years ago 3. There is an US Vs THEM culture. This is setup to support their family And a few key people, otherwise you are expendable. 4. There is a lot of nepotism; 4-6 family members work here. 5. EVERY conversation is recorded. 6. You get the impression you were brought in to provide fresh marketing muscle but will not be retained. 7. Business is not set up to last once current family members age out because they DO NOT retain people. 8. Regardless to what they say you will have 3 months or less to book business (not realistic). 9. Consider working elsewhere or work here only to get your base understanding and then prepare your 3 month exit plan upon arrival. 10. They treat past clients like old employees. There is no plan to retain or keep them when an engagement ends, thus they are always at ground zero though 20 years old. Hence they need fresh neat to revive relationships but watch out. Reviving said relationship is also your nail in the coffin
