- Neato and Vorkwerk are investing a lot of resources to bring this company back to the top as fast as possible. - There were a lot of positive changes in the last years. The quality of the developers keeps increasing and the product as well. Here in Italy we were a couple of developers, now we are a big team with well established standard to deploy the product in the most productive way. - Here in Italy the team is well built and everybody is keen to help you to create a great product. Lorenzo, Marco and Andrea are all great guys that are guiding the team in the best way possible. - Since now we are enough developers to handle the amount of work required, you can focus on delivery high quality products - We are currently working the latest technologies both on Android and iOS. Also the backend is created with Elixir. - A lot of great guys have been hired in management positions in US and they are guiding the team way better than before. - Working the majority of the time remotely is great and the reunions are paid, well organized and we have a lot of fun. You can also work in Milan's office if you prefer. - The design of the app is great and the product is becoming every day more quality and premium. - You have tickets for launch, the latest Macbook Pro and a really high budget on training (its the triple that I had in my previous company)

- The product is still under development and is not at the level of other companies. Neato is investing a lot in improving this, but it's still a work in progress. - In general, if you want to invest in a company that can improve a lot over the next 1-3 years and can be the leader in this field, Neato is a great choice. If you are looking for a "perfect company" with everything already in place, maybe it's not the best choice. - There is not a clear career path defined, although it's something where there are already discussions going on. - It's great to work remotely but it's difficult sometimes to sync between Italy and US. - Some coordination meetings are quite long and don't bring enough value.
