The CEO B.E. would talk crap about employees behind their back, yell and use derogatory language towards employees, admitted to intentionally blocking work to punish an employee, and immediately declines any meetings you set with him to try to talk with him and instead left passive aggressive sticky notes on my desk. He is a textbook narcissistic bully who's surrounds himself with "yes" men. I got told by almost every employee in the company that I had the hardest job because I had to work closely with him every day and my role had the highest turnover rate in the company because of that. Horrible people skills and a walking PR nightmare. This company touts that they're a people first company because they allow work remote, PTO and free food, but I did not see one single iota of behavior from the CEO that was REMOTELY people oriented. Run, don't walk, away from this company.
