Thank you for taking the time to share - I’m truly sorry that your experience at Nectar does not match our intention of being an amazing place to work. We appreciate and value the input of all Nectarines and use the feedback to address areas where employee experience is falling short. We are always as transparent and straightforward with the Nectarines as we can possibly be. There are a few points you mention that I’d like to address directly: It’s true: Nectar was not immune to changes in the workforce during the pandemic and the great resignation, which led to more turnover than we are historically used to. It’s not true: We don’t (and have never/will never) request false Glassdoor reviews from current or former employees. Thanks again for your feedback. Nectar can’t grow or improve without direct conversations about what’s working and what’s not.
