      They truly care about employees at Nectar, Nerf gun war in the conference room, what!? Employee quarterly events , addressing all employee concerns immediately from the top down. This place is a breath of fresh air and very progressive. Communication seems to be there and open.

      Hi Anonymous! Thanks for the feedback. Just as a heads up, one current internal project is updating our benefits package...HOORAY! Also, we do currently offer FSA. Sorry it wasn't made clear. Please see HR for questions.

      Poor organization, bad communication. Company doesn't care much for ID. More focused on manufacturing and engineering. CEO is mostly concerned about Nectar's sister company.
