1.We can acquire 10 years of experience with in 2 years. 2.Mostly all employees are geeks and college toppers so more chances to meet great people. (surely no other good quality would be found)

1.worst management.(they are not human beings) 2.they don't give releasing letter(may give termination letter),even if you are the best.(if you are the best,more chances to get termination letter without reason) 3.lot of politics(due to management) 4.No paid leaves provided from company 5.If you come after 9 AM. salary will be deducted. (even if you work last night for the company) 6.If you take leave(no paid leaves) on Saturday,the management consider that you are going to an interview.so more chances to get termination letter without any reason. 7.only sunday is holiday. 8.some times the salary paid is different from the salary mentioned in the payslip. 9.Company registered in Hyderabad but maintaining in vishakapatnam (vizag,A.P,India).they change the office location frequently. Simply,Employee need to work like a slave and need to do good or bad as per the instructions of management just to get salary.(people how are optimistic and need money will wait till their end, ended by management)

Nothing is good here for employees and bad manager

If you joined there as fresher they make you work like more then 10Yrs exp. If you not reached the target they won`t give your salary. If you announce your notice period they will fire you and they will ask you money. They treat employees as slaves. They will use bad words. Here hard is not important to the company, you should be there like slaves. You have to accept whatever they said. They spoiled careers of many ex employees by giving bad feedback. They want you to pull your family to the road once you left the company. Some times you have to pay 3 months salary before revealing other wise they won`t give your documents some times they will not give your docs even if you pay 3 months salary amount.
