The CMO, daughter of the CEO, knows how to make your life miserable and lacks accountability while talking down on others for not doing the same. The CEO on paper is a great man but his dated views and systems trickle down negatively. Leadership is scared to do anything since she is a genuine threat to their job. When they say avoid family businesses just trust it.
