They lead from the front and the best ideas win. - We help our hosts earn significant amounts of money and save our renters hundreds of dollars by disrupting the storage industry. It's a disruptive platform in a highly distributed market, so there's meaningful opportunities of growth here.

Everyone is super nice and willing to answer questions

Doesn't feel like I am learning a lot, and the work is slow and repetitive; every process on my team feels like it could be way faster if we better implemented AI. Feels easy.
