      Very solid training program extensive and personal. Very transparent on earning potential and you get to do parts of training with Owner and other high ups. The show you exactly how to succeed in the company. Which then it’s up to you to follow the blueprint

      Walking into business can be a little daunting at first but it gets easier after a day or 2 and takes a bit to get ramped up a week or 2 to build a solid pipeline. But they do have a base salary to get going.

      -Success depends mostly on assigned territory rather than selling experience or skill set -High-pressure sales tactics, to the point of being pressured to be less than ethical with customers -If not successful within a short time frame, you will be belittled and talked down to within team and 1-on-1 meetings. -Company meetings, that once felt warm and friendly, became noticeably more sarcastic and demeaning with snide comments
