No appreciation, you work hard and somebody else takes the credit Very bad annual hike & appraisals At times they give such a work (office boy kind off), which your not supposed to do at all - Manager forces you for that The people who have been here for a long time, ill-treat the new ones and are not open for new things or advancements HR - don't have words to describe these fools: They just wait to complete the workings hours to go home. Entire day they keep loitering & gossiping in the office, most of the times you will find them in the cafeteria or on phone. If by mistake you seek help, then the approval process will take more time than government offices. Managers overshadow you and treat you like an animal to do donkey work and extend working hours. Old school & slow, not ready to transform. The company is filled with lethargic people.
