The company and management only cares about profits. They will go as far as to push you to reach out to Clients, even if such outreach would be detrimental to the client relationship. It’s too pushy of an approach for our sales role. No matter how many times you bring up substantial issues. The management doesn’t care because they can’t change anything either. A lot of lip service but no action from higher management to improve the quality of life employees. At one point, we were working for several days and freezing temperatures and management told us to buck up.

* If you have an amazing team and management the day goes by fast. * Commission. * Easy to rely on foot traffic to meet goals. * If you ask for growth, they set thing ups that align with what you want, you just need to ask.

* If its slow, its SLOW. * There can be drama, it just depends on the department you're in.

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
