For example, if you sold $40,000 in a week, and your commission was 10%, then your earnings for the week will be $4,000 for week. So, the following week you had about $17,000 in returns, then you owe the store back $1,700. As you sell during that week of returns, the deficit is deducted from those sell.

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
