The employee discount is great, and the 30/30's are really great. The Clients can be fun to work with and fellow employees make for a great environment.

Things were going great until there were changes in upper management. It suddenly went from being great to being unprofessional (to say the least, more like disturbing bad dream). It became evident that the new management was on a mission to justify their actions without any regard to several employees. The executives and corporate have no interest in hearing anything if it opposes their motives/actions, regardless of how fallacious it is.

* If its slow, its SLOW. * There can be drama, it just depends on the department you're in.

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
