Executive team in the store has no clue what they are doing. All they do is make sure their jobs are secured and sit up in their offices all day in meetings or conference calls. They don't walk the store regular to really dig deep and discover why busy may be struggling. They have a poor me mentality to which they don't act but only complain.

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
