Employee discount is very generous. A great place to network and make connections with clients and vendors. It’s a pretty place to work.

Svantaggi

Relationship between management and employees is minimal. Management plays favorites with employees. It’s very hard to receive commission with the arrears system. If you have clients that purchase on a weekly basis it’s great but if you don’t get ready for daily reminders of unattainable goals. To be successful at NM you really have to be engaged in the community with events and to be apart of the society is a must.

* If you have an amazing team and management the day goes by fast. * Commission. * Easy to rely on foot traffic to meet goals. * If you ask for growth, they set thing ups that align with what you want, you just need to ask.

* If its slow, its SLOW. * There can be drama, it just depends on the department you're in.

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
