Dealing with needy and impatient customers poor training from upper management extreme micro managing, there is a manager and assistant manager for everything pressure to meet unrealistic goals when business is not so good. extremely political-if you sell a lot you can do whatever you want, including breaking the rules.

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
