Terrible management, No lateral movement or promotion from within, Awful commission only compensation were only about 2% of the employees make descent salaries (the 2% HR tells you about when they're interviewing)

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
