Flexible scheduling Laid back environment (certain departments) Co-workers were nice

Sales support staff constantly overlooked for advancement and recognition( we're expected to bow-down to upper management/top sellers. DON'T expect to move in the company unless you're a TOP sales person or in the EDP program. Moving up at times seems to be based on how well you are liked. Communication is terrible and some people shirk responsibilty. Very much a "he/she did it attitude".

* If you have an amazing team and management the day goes by fast. * Commission. * Easy to rely on foot traffic to meet goals. * If you ask for growth, they set thing ups that align with what you want, you just need to ask.

* If its slow, its SLOW. * There can be drama, it just depends on the department you're in.

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
