Incredible merchandise, lovely surroundings and helpful management.

Working on commission created a 'hostile' environment among co-workers. Customers could pick up on it and they would leave dept or feel the need to to act as 'referee'. Very uncomfortable and awkward and not the image Neiman's wants to portray.

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
