there are too many managers, and most of them have no experience or education; only judge you by your sales numbers even though they aren't an accurate portrayal of your work. no commission or training. management is a complete mess and has no idea how to run a store.

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
