*Parking sucks *They don’t stand on their words[ get every thing in writing] * management avoids you when a conversation needs to be had * they have no structure * way to much favoritism * most of the employees have been there a while so when I was new if I had a problem and went to management they do nothing about it because seniority trumps your feelings *HR is sooo sweet that she has a hard time reprimanding the insubordinate associates, even when they have multiple complaints on that particular person. * the people in the handbags department are the most unruliest people I’ve ever met in high end retail * they have completely lost the essence of HIGH end retail/ it’s dog eat dog/ it’s disgraceful / it's toxic to be there.

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
