Some departments are less flexible than others. For example, you can more easily leave your department to help a client around the store if you work in clothes, but not the jewelry department as there are certain security requirements for coverage in the department.

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
