Beautiful environment. Never bored, always something new to do or a new challenge to meet. Great discount on merchandise. Diverse environment. Do their best to stay ahead of changes in technology. Good benefits. No glass ceiling, woman CEO, many women in leadership roles.

Svantaggi

Constantly varying schedule. Work weekends, evenings, and most holidays. Blackout periods unable to take vacation during any major sales event multiple times per year and most of November and December. Sales positions difficult to recruit for with ever narrowing pool of candidates. Training program minimal to nonexistent resulting in higher turnover.

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
