Management is is poor and cliquish, often with little regard to how a selling floor actually needs to operate for long term success. The company has bought and sold so many times over they don’t even know who they are anymore. It’s sad.

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
