      I believe that they really care about their mission, and there are a lot of really motivated and passionate people that work there.

      As a staff person contracted outside of the Lowell office, I feel that there is not a lot of upward mobility. These are grant-funded positions, so there's also not a lot of job stability. The HR Team is nice enough, but I've seen them make mistakes in their handling of staffing issues.

      High turnover, at times, can lead to difficulty getting a grasp of the work. You really need to sink your teeth in and make the position your own which can call for long hours in the beginning.
