Great people, nice projects and generally without the architectural egos many other firms have. Fantastic place to grow skills and then move on.

Salaries are really low, no room for advancement.

Beautiful office, good benefits, friendly staff and beautifully designed work.

Lots of micro-managing, great division between designers and technical architects, poor design and drawing process between schematic design and design development, and employees seem to be pigeonholed to only certain parts of projects. The owner is also less than approachable.
