No career growth and Development: You will continue to be a workaholic with a low salary increase. 5. Salary increase is a joke: 4-8% of salary despite all the unfair compensation. When the CEOs and the higher-ups are earning large amounts of paychecks they cannot approve an hourly employee's Overtime except the company has a budget for it. That is Hogwash. The company has to pay per the offer letter signed by the employee.
