The average developer at Neo Technology would be the smartest developer in any other company. The culture is very Swedish and flat so consensus rules and there's no boss who can tell a team what to do unless they agree. Developers rule this company, which they should. The office managers are super helpful and awesome and you can ask them for anything and they'll help you out.
