      Groundbreaking product, good people, with real emphasis on developing relationships with others in the company for the sake of it. CEO is a genuinely good person. There is so much growth opportunity here because the market is enormous and Neo4j is committed to finding the right people and keeping them. There is a strong culture of intellectual honesty and disagreement is welcome (with respect).
