-Pay is good for the job -Work from home is flexible, if you need to travel you just need good cell reception and let HR know -Always hiring in other departments and like to hire within -Monthly bonus if you meet metrics -A lot of bonuses during the holidays -Overtime opportunities -Great Supervisors

Svantaggi

-Customers are extremely hard to deal with. More so then most CSR roles -Sometimes there is a lack of communication with CSRs supervisors

The team is truly a team. They work with you as much as they can. It is a business at the end of the day, so they will do what they can as long as it doesn't effect the flow. I just so happened to receive the best job I have ever had at the worst time of my life. When it rains it pours, and they worked with me, but it just became too much for them and me.
