For every employee they have different policy. Every year you have to sign bond . They treat employee as a slave. No one has proper knowledge of any technology. TL, Manager and HR never listen to your query. Don't have proper washroom facility. Girls have to stand in queue for washroom. Don't have canteen facility , you have to do lunch on your desk. 9:30 hrs working . They create fake resume and increase your experience. If you will not clear 2-3 client interview they will ask to leave the company. Sandwich rule in leave policy. No work from home facility. While leaving company if they will give you offer and if you will reject it then they will not give your relieving letter and FNF and scare you by saying you have break xyz policy so we can not give you relieving letter.
