Lower than average pay compared to similar companies. Only legal minimum holidays (20 plus 8) but this is advertised as a 'benefit'. Maternity and sick also below average. Over time isn't paid. A culture of having constant pressure from upper management to work OT to take on more work and responsibility to make up for staff shortages and to meet deadlines and extra projects with no extra pay. Extremely high turnover (highest I've ever witnessed in any company). This isn't due to the 'great resignation' - this is simply due to how staff are treated and incompetent site leadership. Beware agency workers - you'll be treated like dirt. Upper management and the whole company are toxic. If you aren't in the 'clique', good luck.
