Busy place, can be a bit distracting with all the moving parts that Neomonde does.

Coworkers are very nice, free meals, good food, usually flexible hours

I cannot express how bad the management is here. There is a reason there is such a high turnover rate both with employees and with management. I can name less than ten people that have worked at Neomonde longer than one year. They refuse to put end times on shifts and demand that you leave when they tell you to. They do not respect their employees, training is subpar, expect to be yelled at and micromanaged. They will lie to you and communication is awful. I was often scheduled incorrectly and called in without notice because they were short on staff. Schedules would be sent out just hours before the next work week. Scheduling is unpredictable and chaotic; we were told that shifts would be cut and be awarded based on performance and then two weeks later my hours were doubled without any notice. My managers would randomly leave to go to the back office for hours at a time without telling anyone. No one gets a raise, even the experienced employees. The managers and founders would often disagree and there would be confusion in direction towards employees due to this. The founder, Samir Saleh, retired years ago and has been faced with multiple sexual harassment claims yet he continues to show up to Neomonde and work with staff.
