Work culture of this company is very nice, flexible time as well as a lots of extra benifits.

The person whose working our at night there's may be some problem for traveling.

Better pay for retail than other companies, management training and opportunities, my store manager was brilliant - very personable and good work ethic, always willing to help you out and teach you the ropes

Broken facilities, no heating in winter during covid when we had to keep the doors open due to regulation - this was genuinely a bit irresponsible and cheap of upper management - at points it was so cold you could see your breath
