Middle management will not delegate or train employees who threaten their skill set and therefore you may suffer as a result. The company wanted to have a start up culture, however, they are now more concerned with becoming a faceless organisation. Minimal work/life balance, senior management are workaholics and expect you to work late to show your dedication to the company.
