There are no any best reasons to work here. If you have joined this company then you are obliged to work here because according to his policy they will hold your fifty percent of first month salary which will be refundable after completing the one year in the organization with proper completion of your required notice period. Work environment is very bad even as per my total work experience I have not seen these types of work environment anywhere in my career or previous organization which I have faced here. Everyday a new work related tragedy happened with you. Each and every task should needs to complete by same day even task work will take more time to finish it but it's doesn't matter for you so you should stay long as per your shift and just finish that.

If you try to negotiate these things then company management HR Team and even company boss will give you the example of some other employee who frequently stay long here and finish his work for company. There are some employee also available here just like an owl which has able to work in night. No appreciation of your work here. HR team members like three monkeys of Gandhi ji and they can't see, they can't speak and they can't hear your problem and feedback as well. My humble request to all of you please do not join this company because here you have lost your personal life and your work efficiency as well so please avoid this organisation.
