Frequent leadership changes and a lack of SOC-specific management experience have resulted in unstable direction, inconsistent expectations, and limited support for career growth. Senior team members who carried critical responsibilities were not recognized, and performance feedback was often vague or nonexistent. Recent layoffs — including the most experienced analysts — have left remaining staff overextended, with morale and trust in leadership at an all-time low.
