Smart and Hard work is not valued in the company. If you agree with your manager no matter if he or she is right or wrong than you will be treated well else you have to face a lot of issues. Lots of politics going on the floor. Good scope for politicians here. Promotions will be given to the employees who listen to their bosses and agree with them always. Bad upper management, they take decisions which are favourable for them. No rules for upper management whatever they think is right is right. No growth in terms of career.
